Refunds

Refunds are only available for digital artworks that have not been downloaded. Once you download the digital artwork, you will not be eligible for a refund. Please make sure you are satisfied with your purchase before downloading it.

Exceptions

In rare cases, if you do not receive the digital artwork within 7 days of your purchase, please contact us with your order number and proof of purchase. We will investigate the issue and resend the digital artwork to you.
